The words this site uses on purpose, defined once. Verified impact is the only number allowed to be called impact. Current count: zero.

## SIX33
The brand Daniel Ziedins is building, named after Matthew 6:33.

SIX33 is a commercial brand rooted in Matthew 6:33 — seek first the Kingdom of God. It lives at SIX33.world; Six33.Shop is where you can wear it; this site is where building it gets documented. The goal is to impact a billion lives. The current verified count is zero.

## AGENT SIX33
This site: the public build log and headquarters for SIX33.

AGENT SIX33 is the public record of building SIX33 from zero — decisions, numbers, failures, and what gets learned. It is not a church, a ministry, a spy club, a guru brand, or a completed success story.

See: Citation card (https://www.agent-six33.com/cite); Start here (https://www.agent-six33.com/start)

## Seek first (Matthew 6:33)
The verse the brand is named for, and the thesis that governs what gets built.

Matthew 6:33 — seek first the Kingdom of God and His righteousness. On this site it is not decoration. It decides what gets built, what gets turned down, and what the whole thing is ultimately for.

See: Matthew 6:33 (https://www.agent-six33.com/matthew-6-33); Entry 003 — What SIX33 actually is (https://www.agent-six33.com/log/what-six33-actually-is)
Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#seek-first

## Build log
A running public record of building SIX33 from nothing.

The build log is the spine of this site: numbered entries, written as things happen, kept under four rules — real numbers or no numbers, failures at the same size as the wins, no fake momentum, and readable by someone who does not care about brands.

See: The log (https://www.agent-six33.com/log); Reading guide (https://www.agent-six33.com/start)
Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#build-log

## The deal (the four rules)
The four rules the log was placed under while it still cost nothing to keep them.

Set in entry 004 before there was anything to show: real numbers or no numbers; failures posted at the same size as the wins; no fake momentum; and keep it readable by someone who does not care about brands. Readers are invited to hold the log to them.

See: Entry 004 — Building in public, on purpose (https://www.agent-six33.com/log/building-in-public-on-purpose); The deal on the homepage (https://www.agent-six33.com/#the-deal)
Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#the-deal

## No fake momentum
Never announce a move that did not happen.

Rule three of the deal. No “excited to announce” when nothing happened. If a month is quiet, the entry says the month was quiet. Shipping pages, patching a framework, or improving SEO is work — it is not traction, and it is never impact.

See: Now (https://www.agent-six33.com/now); Quiet day (https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#quiet-day)
Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#no-fake-momentum

## Quiet day
A stretch with nothing public to report — logged anyway.

Quiet is a legitimate report. A quiet stretch is recorded at the same size as a win, and the absence of a post is not evidence of collapse or of secret traction. Entries 007 and 009 are quiet-stretch entries.

## Verified impact
Lives with credible evidence of the intended change. Current count: zero.

The only number on this site that is allowed to be called impact. It counts people for whom the intended change can be evidenced, with the method and its limitations published beside the number. Reach, delivery, use, and return are kept on separate lines and never rolled into it.

See: Reach vs impact (https://www.agent-six33.com/proof); Entry 005 — What counts as a life impacted? (https://www.agent-six33.com/log/what-counts-as-impact)
Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#verified-impact

## A life impacted
A person for whom the intended change can be evidenced — not a view, follower, click, or sale.

A belief, choice, practice, relationship, or capacity that became different in a way the person can describe or you can responsibly observe. A view, a follower, a click, or a sale is not automatically that. The goal is a billion of these; the standard for one has to be strict enough to survive the distance.

## Reach
Distribution. How many people could reasonably have encountered the work — views, impressions, unique visitors, or other exposure.

How many people could reasonably have encountered the work — views, impressions, unique visitors, or other exposure. Reach can enable impact. It is never evidence of change by itself.

Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#reach

## Delivery
The promise arrived. How many people actually received the complete thing that was promised: a shipped tool, a delivered order, a finished session.

## Use
Contact and utility. How many people meaningfully used or completed it — readers who finished, wearers, active users, completions.

Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#use

## Return
The first encounter mattered. How many came back, replied, referred, or repeated.

How many came back, replied, referred, or repeated. Return behaviour is stronger than a single touch, and still not an impact claim.

Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#return

## Change

Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#change

## Intention
Level 01 of the proof ladder: a clear promise exists. Necessary, and still not impact.

Before anything is counted, the intended change is written in one sentence. Intention is the floor of the proof ladder — required for everything above it, and never an impact claim on its own.

See: The proof ladder (https://www.agent-six33.com/proof#ladder); Blueprint step 01 (https://www.agent-six33.com/blueprint#step-01)
Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#intention

## Proof ladder
Five levels kept on separate lines: intention, delivery, use, return, change.

Every level matters. Only the last one — evidenced change, with the method attached — supports an impact claim. The ladder exists so a large mission cannot quietly absorb vanity metrics on its way up.

Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#proof-ladder

## Evidence method and limitations
What was measured, how, and what it cannot establish — published beside the number.

The method should match the claim. A direct self-report may support a carefully worded reported outcome; observed behaviour, repeated measurement, or independent verification can support stronger language. The limitations travel with the number, not in a footnote.

Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#evidence-method

## Strongest supported claim
The public sentence — including zero — that the evidence can actually carry.

The scorecard’s output and the proof standard’s last step: publish the strongest claim the evidence supports, with its date, method, and limitations. “10,000 reached; 420 used it; 38 returned; seven reported the change” beats “we impacted 10,000 lives” every time. If the last number is zero, the sentence still works.

## Build stage 00 · Proof
Where SIX33 is on its own public roadmap: make the thesis undeniable.

The public roadmap has four stages. Stage 00 (now) is making the thesis undeniable: clarify the promise, publish the proof standard, keep the public record. Its gate: a stranger can say what SIX33 is, who it is for, and what to do next. Stages 01–03 are prove a repeatable change, build dependable distribution, and multiply the people who multiply it.

See: The public roadmap (https://www.agent-six33.com/blueprint#roadmap); Now (https://www.agent-six33.com/now)
Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#build-stage

## Evidence gate
The condition that has to be true before the next step or stage is allowed.

Every blueprint step and every roadmap stage ends in a gate — a specific, checkable state of the world rather than a feeling of progress. Nothing advances on enthusiasm.

## The from-zero blueprint
A free operating system for building a mission-driven brand from zero.

Seven steps, a proof ladder, a public roadmap, and a ten-question self-audit. It is published while the count is still zero, and it will change as the real build proves or disproves it.

See: Open the blueprint (https://www.agent-six33.com/blueprint); Blueprint FAQ (https://www.agent-six33.com/faq#the-blueprint)
Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#blueprint

## The non-negotiable
Blueprint step 01: the one-sentence thesis nothing is allowed to override.

The first move is to name the thing that will not bend — for SIX33, Matthew 6:33. The audit’s first question is whether you can state it in one sentence. Everything downstream is filtered through it.

Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#non-negotiable

## Smallest useful door
Blueprint step 03: ship the smallest version someone can use today.

Before the roadmap, before the channels: something a real person can use now, working end to end on a real phone rather than in a design file. Proof first, distribution second.

## The impact scorecard
A free, local-first tool that keeps the five proof levels on separate lines.

Enter reach, delivery, use, return, and evidenced change; it flags obvious inconsistencies, identifies the strongest claim the evidence supports, and exports a JSON record. It runs in your browser. Nothing is submitted to AGENT SIX33.

Anchor: https://www.agent-six33.com/glossary#scorecard

## Now
A short, honest status of what is actually happening this week — and what is not.

Updated when the week changes, not for cadence. It carries the days-at-zero count, the latest entry, what Daniel is doing, and what he is deliberately not doing.

## Citation card
The dated identity card search and answer engines should quote from.

Who SIX33 is, what it is not, the current verified count, and how to cite it without inflating it. Machine-readable at facts.json. If you quote a number, attach the date.

## Agent of the Gospel
Anyone entrusted with the good news of Jesus who actually carries it into real life.

Not a spy club, not a spectator — a sent person. The phrase belongs to the earlier journal writing on this site and is kept as archive vocabulary.
