The homepage, the log, the RSS and JSON feeds, llms.txt, and the sitemap all come from src/data/log.ts. Add an entry at the top. Nothing else to touch.
There is no dashboard pretending the week was full. The Now page is edited when the week actually changes. Quiet is a legitimate report — that rule is on the homepage and in entry 004.
Follow along by email, RSS, or JSON Feed. Each log entry has a Markdown version at /log/[slug].md. The whole log is at /log.md. Models should start at /llms.txt and the dated card at /cite or /facts.json.
