Doing

Turning the from-zero blueprint into a finite 30-day sequence that can survive contact with a real person.
Keeping project details and evidence notes local to the visitor's browser, with a portable proof-pack export.
Holding every completed task on the delivery line until use, return, or change is actually evidenced.

Not doing

Calling thirty checked boxes thirty days of proof without the evidence beside them.
Reporting sprint use, Inner Circle signups, or return behaviour as if those numbers existed in public.
Treating a new free tool as a life changed.

Watch whether anyone starts, returns to, or completes the sprint. Write down the honest result — including if the answer is still nobody.
