Staying sharp means learning to see the world without outsourcing your discernment to an algorithm. You can be informed without being owned. You can care about culture without becoming its mascot.
Delete one input. Add one wiser voice. Put Scripture above the timeline for seven days and notice what happens to your inner weather. This is not legalism. This is recovering the mind God actually gave you.
