Building SIX33 from zero.

I turned the blueprint into a working 30-day sprint: one person, one promise, one complete delivery, and four gates that refuse to call activity impact.

The official orange emblem is now the favicon and the lockup on this record. SIX33.world is still pre-launch at the front door. That is two true sentences. Neither of them is a life impacted.

SIX33.world is live with four worlds, two free tools and a story that starts in 2014. That is ten pages of delivery. It is not one life impacted — and I want that sentence written before anyone reads the first one.

The last public sentence was plumbing. Then the calendar moved without a post. That stretch is the entry. Verified impact is still zero.

The sentences were live. The pipes were not. RSS, search, and auto-discovery had to be fixed before I could honestly call this a public build.

The log, the blueprint, and the scorecard are live. Verified impact is still nobody. That is not a stall — it is the standard doing its job.

I built the impact scorecard before there was an impressive number to put in it. That is when a measurement standard is still allowed to tell the truth.

If the goal is a billion lives, I need a definition strict enough to stop me calling reach, sales, or good intentions impact.

The rules I'm setting for this log before there's anything impressive to report — because that's the only time you can set them honestly.

The name comes from Matthew 6:33. Here's the plain version of what I'm building and what it's for.

It is not a growth target. It is a filter — and it kills most of what I would otherwise spend my life on.
